Ingredients

  • 1 750ml bottle fruity White Wine
  • 1/2 cup Peach Schnapps
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup Domino Pure Cane sugar
  • 2 Peaches, diced
  • 1 Tropicana Naval orange, sliced
  • 1/2 Tropicana Mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 L Ginger Ale
  • X4 except only double fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Pour wine and schnapps into infusing pitcher
Add sliced fruit and 1/4 cup sugar to infusing basket and stir gently
Taste, then add more sugar if needed
Chill for at least 1 hour
Just before serving, pour in ginger ale
Serve in tall glasses garnished with more fruit
