Ingredients
- 1 750ml bottle fruity White Wine
- 1/2 cup Peach Schnapps
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup Domino Pure Cane sugar
- 2 Peaches, diced
- 1 Tropicana Naval orange, sliced
- 1/2 Tropicana Mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 L Ginger Ale
- X4 except only double fruit
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Pour wine and schnapps into infusing pitcher
Add sliced fruit and 1/4 cup sugar to infusing basket and stir gently
Taste, then add more sugar if needed
Chill for at least 1 hour
Just before serving, pour in ginger ale
Serve in tall glasses garnished with more fruit
