Ingredients
- Layer an 8x8 pan with sliced peaches
- 3/4 c. brown sugar over peaches
- Beat 1 egg; add 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, and 1 T. baking powder, and vanilla
- Layer over sugar; press down
- Pour 1 stick melted butter over the top
- Bake 45 min. at 375.
