Ingredients
- 1 cup miracle whip light {8oz}
- 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thaw, drain well
- 1 {2oz} jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese {1.75oz}
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided {4oz}
- Wheat thins low-Fat baked snack crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine first 4 ingredients and ½ cup mozzarella. Spread into 1qt. baking dish or 9”pie plate. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella; bake 5 minutes or until melted. Serve with crackers.
