Ingredients

• 2 scallions
• 3 Tbsp maple syrup
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 4 Tbsp raspberry vinegar
• 2 cups milk
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1.Combine all ingredients except milk in a blender or food processor. Pulse in short bursts to blend ingredients well.
2.With processor on high speed, pour milk in a fine stream until texture becomes creamy. Season to taste.
3.Pour over your favorite lettuce.
