Ingredients
- 1 14oz 1 14oz 14oz can medium artichoke hearts
- 1 1 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 1 1 cup lowfat mayo
- 1 1 1 clove garlic
- 2 2 2 tsp chopped green onion
- 2 2 2 tsp diced roma tomato

Preparation
Step 1
Drain artichoke and cut into bite size pieces, add to a small oven proof casserole dish or small crock pot (high). add remaining ingredients and bake a 350 about 20 mins stirring once until hot and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
