Sweet & Spicy Beef Short Ribs

  • 2 lbs boneless beef short ribs
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Original (this one doesn't have funky ingredients)
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • Cornstarch or other thickener to thicken sauce as desired



Step 1

Put all ingredients into a crock pot on low and cook for 6-8 hours. Wait to add the cornstarch until there is about 30 minutes or so left in cooking to control the thickness of the sauce.
