Potato Breakfast Casserole

  • 1 package frozen shredded potato
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1-2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1-2 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 10.5 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package of bacon - or cubed ham



Step 1

Mix butter, onion, sour cream, cheese and canned soup. Spread on top of potatoes. Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes.

Cook bacon then crush them and sprinkle over the casserole.

If using the cubed ham, mix in with the potatoes, then cover with the mixture.
