Black Bean and Mango Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 can (16oz) black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 pkg. (10oz) frozen corn, thawed
- 1 cup chopped ripe mango (I use 2 mangos)
- 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut up (I use 4 breasts)
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper (1 red pepper)
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro (1 bunch)
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion (1/2 red onion)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing mix (2 envelopes)

Preparation
Step 1
Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate
Serve with baked tortilla hips, if desired.
