Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 3 c. peeled and chopped apples
- 3 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Beat oil and sugar together; add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together; add to wet ingredients and mix well. Add apples and nuts; pour into greased tube pan or 2 loaf pans (batter will be stiff). Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
