Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 4 cups rhubarb, sliced into 1/2" pieces
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 package strawberry Jello
  • 30 large marshmallows
  • Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Bake graham cracker crust in 9x13 pan for 15 minutes. Cool.
Mix rhubarb and sugar. Cook as a sauce.
Add strawberry jello and marshmallows.
Stir until mixed. Cool.
Add 2 cups Cool Whip and stir well.
Pour over crumbs.
Serve with Cool Whip.
