Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• Sweet Potatoes
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 stick of butter

Preparation

Step 1

Peel sweet potatoes; slice into big chunks

Put solid layer of potatoes in bottom of9" X 13" baking pan

Cover pan a little more than half full with potatoes

Pour sugar over potatoes

Spread butter on top of potatoes

Cover pan with foil

Bake at 350 degrees or 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
