Ingredients

  • 16

    oz dry rotini or penne pasta

  • 2

    Tbsp. olive oil

  • 4

    tsp. fresh minced garlic

  • 1

    cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

  • ½

    cup dried pitted plums (Sun-maid), coarsely chopped

  • 4

    Tbsp. pecan pieces, toasted

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. Combine oil and garlic in microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds on high power. Place cooked pasta in large bowl and toss lightly with oil and garlic mixture, cheese, dried plums and reserved pasta water. Sprinkle with pecans and serve warm.
