Ingredients

  • 1/4

    cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1

    T. freshly crushed garlic

  • 1

    T. whole grain mustard

  • 1

    T. honey

  • 1

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    tsp. freshly ground pepper

  • 3/4

    c. extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a 2 cup measuring jug and whisk thoroughly. 2. Slowly add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking steadily. 3. Transfer to a glass jar and store in your refrigerator
