Step 1

COMBINE 1 tub (250 g) Philadelphia Strawberry Light Cream Cheese Spread and 1/2 cup chopped strawberries in a medium bowl.

ADD 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel and 2 tsp. lemon juice; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavours to blend. Serve with assorted fresh fruit dippers.
