Slow-Cooker Pumpkin Pie Steel-Cut Oatmeal

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin-pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats



Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together water, milk, pumpkin and butter. Stir in brown sugar, salt, pumpkin-pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla and steel-cut oats.

Pour mixture into a medium slow cooker, lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and cook on low 5-7 hours.
Serve warm, with additional milk and brown sugar, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
