  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans Mandarin oranges, well drained

Step 1

Beat eggs; add oranges and dry ingredients, beating until thoroughly mixed using low speed so flakes of orange show. Pour batter onto greased and floured 9x13” pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

About 10 minutes before cake is done, prepare glaze. Mix ¾ cup brown sugar, 3 T. milk, and 2 T. butter and bring to a boil. Pour over hot cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
