Apple Pie In A Bag

Ingredients

- 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
- 6 medium baking apples
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 6 T. Splenda
- 1 T. flour
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Splenda
- 6 T. flour
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 3 T. margarine
- 1 brown & serve cooking bag
- 1 T. flour

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Pare, core and quarter apples. Halve each quarter crosswise to make chunks. Place in a large bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add 6 tablespoons Splenda, flour and cinnamon and toss to coat well. Spoon coated apples into shell. Prepare topping. Combine ½ cup sweetener, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the apples, covering entire top of pie. Place 1 tablespoon of flour into Brown & Serve bag and shake. Slide pie into cooking bag and seal. Place on cookie sheet and place in oven. Bake for 50 minutes or until apples are bubbly and top is browned. Carefully open bag and remove pie. Serves 8; 6 points
