Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup sea-shell pasta
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 /c cup scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 parsley garnishes
- 2 slices of lemon, halved
- lettuce or endive to serve

Step 1
Cook shrimp.
Cook pasta. Drain well.
Combine shrimp, pasta, pepper, pineapple, grapes, scallions and celery.
Add mayonnaise, S&P to taste, and toss gently to blend.
Refrigerate for several hours
Serve individually in lettuce cups or endive. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
