Citrus Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1 T mustard (Creole, if available)
• 1 T oil
• 2 T sugar
• 2 T white wine vinegar
• 1 T parsley
• 1 T basil
• hot sauce - to taste
• Dressing For Large Crowd (150+)
• 5 cups orange juice or mango nectar
• 10 T mustard
• 10 T oil
• 20 T sugar (1 cup + 3 T)
• 20 T white wine vinegar (1 cup + 3 T)
• 10 T parsley
• 10 T basil

Mix all ingredients together - use with favourite salad.
