Ingredients

  • 1 ) pkg Long grain & wild rice mix
  • 4 C. Cooked Chicken - cubed
  • 1 3/4 C. Frozen French-style Green Beans
  • 1 can cr. of Broccoli Soup
  • 1 can Cr. of Chicken & Mushroom Soup
  • 4 oz can Mushrooms, stems & pieces
  • 2/3 C. Onion, chopped
  • 2/3 C. Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 C. Shredded Colby Cheese
  • 2/3 C. French-Fried Onions

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Wild Rice mix. Stir in chicken, beans, soups, mushrooms, onion, green pepper & soup mix. Spoon into 2 greased 1 1/2 quart baking dishes. Sprinkle with the cheese. Cover & freeze.

IF FROZEN: Thaw in fridge. Remove from fridge 30 min prior to baking. Bake, covered at 350` for 60 min or so. Uncover & sprinkle with french fried onions & bake 5 min more.
