- 6 POTATOES
- 1 CARROT SLICED
- 1 STALK CELERY SLICED
- 4 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES
- 1 TBSP PARSLEY FLAKES
- 5 CUPS WATER
- 1 TBSP SALT
- PEPPER
- 1/3 CUP BUTTER
- 1 (13OZ) CAN EVAPORATED MILK

Step 1
PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN CROCKPOT EXCEPT MILK. COOK ON LOW 10-12 HOURS. STIR IN EVAPORATED MILK DURING LAST HOUR.
