Ingredients
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 lg. can condensed milk
- 1 graham cracker pie crust

Preparation
Step 1
Whip egg whites and brush onto pie crust
Bake at 350 for 5 min.
Combine condensed milk and egg yolks in a bowl
and mix on medium speed for 3 min. Slowly add
lemon juice while mixing and pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
