Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Ph cups packed brown
  • sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking
  • powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie
  • spice
  • lJ4 teaspoon salt
  • 112 cup vegetable oil
  • 112 cup apple juice
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
  • (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 container (lib) cream
  • cheese creamy ready-tospread
  • frosting

Preparation

Step 1

1 HEAT oven to 350°1=.Grease 15xlOxl-inch pan with
shortening; lightly flour.
2 In large bowl. beat all ingredients except frosting with
electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes
on medium speed. Spread batter in pan.
3 Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in
center comes out clean. Cool completely. about 1 hour.
4. Spreod frosting over cooled bars. Refrigerate until set.
about 30 minutes. Cut into 8 rows by 6 rows.
Store in refrigerator.
