Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 tbsp. Philadelphia cream cheese spread
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook cauliflower in boiling water 10minutes or until tender; drain, place in food processor container
Add cream cheese spread and dill weed; cover. Process until smooth
Serve topped with Parmesan cheese
