- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- freshly grates Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Place tomato slices in a single layer in a small casserole dish. Splash with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a pinch of dried thyme or Italian seasoning and some freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Broil for 10 minutes or until just starting to brown. Season with freshly ground pepper.
