  • 16 oz Can Lump Crab Meat Drained
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 2 T Green Onions Chop Fine
  • 2 t Milk
  • 2 T Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 T + Horseradish Drained
  • 1/4 t White Pepper
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • Old Bay Seasoning


Servings 6


Step 1

Preheat Oven 375F.

Medium Bowl, Add Soften Cheese, Onions, Milk, Lemon, Horseradish, Pepper & Salt. Mix Well.

Gently Fold in Crab & Blend.

9" Round Shallow Baking Dish Sprayed, Add Mixture & Sprinkle Old Bay on Top - Bake 30 Minutes until Bubbly & Slightly Brown.

Switch Oven to Broil to Brown Top, 3-5 Minutes.

Serve Hot with Crackers or Pita Points.
