Ingredients
- Batter:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups blueberries
- Crumb Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup softened butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Beat together sugar, oil and egg. Add milk and dry ingredients alternately to form a thick batter. Gently fold in berries. Place in well greased 8x8x2 baking pan. Set aside to make crumb topping.
Crumb Topping:
Blend all ingredients with fork or pastry blender til consistency of oatmeal. Place crumb mixture evenly over cake batter.
Bake 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until done.
