Ingredients
- 2/3 C. butter, softened
- 2/3 C. brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1-1/2 C. old fashioned oats
- 1-1/2 C. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 6 oz. Ocean Spray Craisins, dried cranberries
- 1/2 C. white chocolate chunks or chips
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Using electric mixer, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, mixing well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda & salt in a separate bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in dried cranberries, chocolate chunks & walnuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
Makes approximately 2-1/2 dozen cookies.
