Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean chuck, cut into 1 3/4" pieces
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 cup 7-Up
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Place meat in a 2 qt. casserole. Do not season. Pour soup and soup mix over the meat. Add 7-Up. Cover casserole and bake at 275º for 4 hours. During cooking DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR! After 4 hours remove meat from oven and let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
Serve over rice or noodles.
