Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg (6oz) stove top stuffing mix for chicken
• 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
• 1 pkg (16oz) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
• 1 can reduced sodium cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 lb velveeta cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in 13x9 baking dish. Top with stuffing.

Bake 30 min or until chicken is cooked through.
