White Bean Chili

  • 2 lbs cooked white meat chicken cut into bite size pieces (I used half a rotisserie chicken but you can use baked or boiled)
  • 1 48 OZ jar great northern beans do not drain (Randall's are best)
  • 1/2 a 16oz jar of salsa
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 reg sized can of chicken broth
  • 8 oz shredded monterey jack cheese



Step 1

Combine ingredients and simmer until thick. Garnish with sour cream and tortlla chips. Enjoy!!
