Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 can of original Rotel tomatoes
- 1 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 pint of heavy whipping cream
- 1 box of frozen spinach
- 1 8 oz package of Monterey Jack shredded cheese
- 3 chicken breast
Details
Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil & chop chicken.
2. Sautee onions in a little butter.
3. Microwave & drain spinach.
4. Combine all ingredients then bake for about 45 minutes.
Tip: Put it together the day before then bake it when ready to serve.
