Ingredients

  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup cooked long grain rice
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly b eaten
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 18 to 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Step 1

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Transfer to a greased 1 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
