Easy Pulled Pork Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs boneless pork shoulder or butt roast
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- 1/3 c ketchup
- 1/3 c grape jelly
- 1/3 c barbecue sauce
- buns, hard rolls, hamburger buns
- prepared coleslaw if desired

Preparation
Step 1
Place meat and onion in slow cooker. Cook on med for 5-6 hours. Add salt and pepper. When meat pulls apart add the jelly, ketchup and bbq sauce. Reduce heat to low.
Serve meat on buns with coleslaw if desired.
