Grilled Bread with Ham, Manchego & Olives

Ingredients
- Dash of salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 T olive oil
- 8 1/2 " thick slices of French bread
- 6 halved medium tomatoes
- Salt & pepper
- 2 oz. proscuitto slices
- 1/2 C chopped green olives

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill
Mash dash of salt & garlic with mortor to form paste. Combine with oil in small bowl.
Place bread on grill rack; grill 1 min. each side
Rub both siedes of toasted bread slices with cut sides of tomatoes, squeezing slightly to leave pulp, seeds & juice on bread. Spread garlic mixture over bread slices; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cut each slice diagonally in half. Arrange ham & cheese over slices & sprinkle with olives.
