Ingredients
- 2 cups halved strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup tapioca
- Pie Crust
- 1 tablespoon butter
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix berries, sugar and tapioca. Let stand 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400.
Fill pie crust with berry mixture and dot with butter.
Cover with top crust, seal and flute.
Cut several slits to vent.
Bake 45-50 minutes until juices form bubbles that burst slowly.
Cool.
