Peachy Dump Cake
- 2 14-1/2 oz. cans peach pie filling
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 18-1/2 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Garnish: whipped topping,
- vanilla ice cream

Pour pie filling into a slow cooker that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Drizzle with lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, combine dry cake mix, pecans and melted butter. Spread over pie filling. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 hours, or on high setting for 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
