My family LOVES this fast and easy dessert. I have tried many variations, addind items, etc, but we like the blueberry version the best!

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 16-ounce Cool Whip
  • 1 large(21.5-22 ouce) blueberry pie filling

Step 1

In large bowl, mix Eagle Brand Milki, lemon juice, and Cool Whip together until creamy and well blended; set aside. In 9x13 dish, line graham crackers along bottom; pour 1/3 -1/2 mixture on top of graham crackers(spreading evenly and covering grahams). Continue to layer graham crackers on top and then mixture on top of graham crackers. Depending on mixture and depth of dish, you may want more layers(I just do two usually) Top with Blueberry pie filling(spreading evenly.) Let set overnight in refrigerator. I have put mine in the freezer(for several hours and then moved it to the refrigerator) before to make sure it was set good. When it is set good, serve and enjoy!!!!!!! Light and refreshing!

****I have incorporated crushed pineapple before into the whipped topping mixture, and have also used Strawberry Pie filling, along with Cherry on top. You can also incorporate fresh berries.
