Chipotle - Bacon Mayo

Ingredients

• 2 slices bacon,cooked
• 1 tsp. canned chipotle puree (adobo)
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Place bacon on paper towel line microwavable safe plate. Cover with paper towel, cook bacon 1 1/2 to 2 min. or until browned. Cook bacon until crisp, crumble. Place in small bowl: stir in mayonnaise and chile puree until well blended.
