Ingredients
- 1/3 cup minced green onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon minced gingerroot
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 lb chicken legs or chicken thighs
- 2 tablesppon fresh coriander, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the onions, garlic, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce. Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish.
Spoon sauce over chicken and bake in 375 F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
Sprinkle with remaining green onion and coriander.
