Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix all until well blended. Pour into greased bread pan; bake 20 minutes or until lightly golden or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
