Ingredients
- 5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 6 C chicken (or vegetable) stock (49 1/2oz can)
- 1 1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
- few drops hot sauce
- 1 C cream (I use half & half)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix first 3 ingredients together in large sauce pan.
2. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
3. Put in blender or use hand mixer and whip.
4. Return to sauce pan and add cream, salt & pepper.
5. Reheat.
