Pineapple Marinade for Chicken Kebobs

  • Marinade:
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Splenda
  • 6 oz. Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Teriaki Sauce
  • 1 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Scallion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • Kebobs:
  • Chicken Pieces, pineapple, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion pieces, zucchini pieces, green pepper



Step 1

Place marinade ingredients in a large jar and shake until well blended. Pour over chicken pieces for several hours. Skewer chicken pieces and vegetables together. Grill, basting every 5 minutes with marinade until chicken is completely cooked.
