- 1 TSP CINNAMON
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 2 EGG WHITES (BEATEN)
- 1 CAN PUMPKIN (15OZ)
- 1 CAN FAT FREE SKIM MILK
- 1-9 " DEEP DISH SHELL

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425, MIX 1ST 4 INGREDIENTS. IN BOWL EGG WHITES AND STIR IN PUMPKIN AND SUGAR MIXTURE. STIR IN MILK, POUR IN SHELL, NO MIXER NEEDED.
BAKE 15 MINUTES AT 425, REDUCE TO 350 AND BAKE 35-45 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE IN CENTER IS CLEAN. COOL ON WIRE RACK.
