Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs. flounder fillets
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. country style Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1/4 tsp. celery seeds
- 1/4 c. white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 375,
Lay fillets in lg. baking dish. Spread a thin coating of mustard on top. Sprinkle capers and celery seeds evenly over fish, then pour wine around the fish. Cover loosely with foil, and bake 15 min.
