  • 1/4 cup I Can Not Believe It’s Not Butter, melted (or butter, I try to make it a little healthier)
  • 1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Roasting Chicken (at least 6 lbs)
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 °. Mix the I Can Not Believe It’s Not Butter, the envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix, and the lemon juice together. Coat the chicken with the mixture.

Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Pull it out of the oven, uncover it and sprinkle the 2 teaspoons of Oregano over it. Put it back in the oven uncovered for another 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours.
