Ingredients

  • 6 to 7 potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
  • Onion, chopped or minced
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 2 cups cheddar, shredded
  • 1 large can Cream of Chic soup (can use 2 small cans of mushroom soup)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • dash of garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Brown Hamburger and onions. Drain.

Dice potatoes. Drain corn. Put in crock pot. Add 1 Cup of shredded cheddar. Add cream soup, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir all together and put on low for 8 hours. Top with 1 cup cheddar and let heat for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
