Ingredients
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Combine bananas, eggs, oil and brown sugar in a large bowl. Blend well with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add flour, oats and baking soda; beat just until dry ingredients are mixed in. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center tests clean. Remove bread from pan; cool completely on a wire rack.
Makes one loaf.
