Crunchy Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes, halved lengthwise (medium)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted (1/2 stick)
- 1 cup POST GREAT GRAINS Cereal*, any variety
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- Or substitute POST SELECTS CRANBERRY ALMOND CRUNCH Cereal

Preparation
Step 1
Cut deep slits in rounded side of potatoes at 1-inch intervals. Place, slit-sides up, in greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Brush tops with butter.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Baste potatoes with butter from bottom of pan. Sprinkle with cereal and sugar. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
