Ingredients

  • 1 lb crawfish tail
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 talblespoons white wine divided
  • 3 tablespoons basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 large tomatoes chopped and seeded
  • 1/2 lb dry pasta
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Toss crawfish, two tablespoon of wine, 1 tablespoon of basil, salt pepper in a bowl

heat oil and sautee and saute green onions with garlic, add tomatoes
and 1/2 cup of wine, bring to boil. simmer till tomatoes are cooked 3 nutes
add rest of basil, wine and crawfish, heat throughly

toss cooked pasts with cheese and top with crawfish
